Process Quality Engineer (PQE)

Job description

• Establish quality standards, approve standard samples, and prepare and issue standard documents for implementation.
• Build quality measurement and OBA inspection systems and develop quality control plans to ensure process stability and prevent defective product outflow.
• Receive market feedback and customer requirements and drive corrective actions and improvements at the factory.
• Establish a product traceability system linking material, assembly, testing, and packaging traceability to prevent defective products from escaping.
• Organize acceptance of new, duplicated, and relocated production lines and submit LQ reports for customer or management approval.
• Handle process and material defects and coordinate relevant departments to conduct FACA, ensuring the process remains stable and controllable.

Requirements

• College diploma or above; a science or engineering background is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English proficiency for workplace use.
• At least five years of quality-related experience.
