SMT Equipment Engineer

Job description

• Manage, operate, and maintain equipment on SMT production lines.
• Monitor machinery operating conditions and promptly address equipment issues arising during production.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure stable equipment operation and minimize downtime.
• Analyze failure causes and propose and implement equipment improvement solutions.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize machine parameters according to production requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to resolve production-line issues.
• Prepare reports on equipment status and related incidents.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in SMT equipment.
• Knowledge of FUJI SMT equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and analyze equipment failures.
• Good Chinese or English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility, coordination skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
