Human Resources Manager

Job description

• Manage and oversee all activities of the Human Resources department; propose improvements and optimize work efficiency.
• Develop human resources strategies aligned with the company's development direction.
• Develop and improve HR policies, schemes, and regulations.
• Establish, standardize, and supervise the implementation of workflows, procedures, and working regulations.
• Represent the Human Resources department in liaison with customers and government authorities.
• Resolve matters involving labor disputes, labor disciplinary violations, and labor mediation.
• Provide direction, guidance, work assignments, and performance evaluations for subordinate employees.
• Monitor and update applicable requirements and ensure HR activities comply with current laws, policies, and management systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to address arising HR and labor relations matters.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in an HR management position or an equivalent role.
• Experience managing human resources in a foreign-invested manufacturing enterprise with more than 5,000 employees.
• Fluent Chinese for work, reporting, and communication with management.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and current regulations.
• Experience developing HR strategies, policies, procedures, and HR management systems.
• Experience handling labor relations, labor disputes, disciplinary matters, and working with government authorities.
• Ability to manage, train, guide, and evaluate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with flexibility and responsiveness.
