Labor Relations and Trade Union Manager

Job description

• Develop, review, update, and supervise internal HR policies, including salary and bonus regulations, working regulations, rewards, and disciplinary rules, ensuring compliance with labor law.
• Advise on HR strategy, welfare policies, and training plans to improve productivity and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with the recruitment department to conduct candidate cultural-fit assessments.
• Develop onboarding and corporate culture orientation programs for new employees.
• Act as the sole lawful representative of the workforce in negotiating, signing, and supervising the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement.
• Protect the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of trade union members and employees in accordance with the law.
• Receive, resolve, or coordinate the resolution of grievances, denunciations, and individual or collective labor disputes.
• Launch and maintain emulation campaigns and charitable and social activities to improve employees' spiritual well-being.
• Participate in developing and supervising policies on salaries, bonuses, insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, shift meals, housing, childcare, and transportation.
• Propose support measures for trade union members facing hardship and organize visits or assistance in cases of illness, bereavement, and family celebrations.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Chinese for work and reporting.
