Job description
- Participate in developing and cascading the department's annual policies and objectives and ensure their full implementation.
- Monitor production progress to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Control and manage production costs.
- Continuously improve production quality and participate in handling customer complaints.
- Guide, coordinate, supervise, inspect, and evaluate employees' work; improve their job skills and awareness of quality, safety, and environmental protection.
- Manage 6S at the production site and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in month-end inventory counts; control and reduce work-in-process inventory and material loss.
- Take responsibility for departmental production safety and provide safety communication to all employees.
- Build the team, develop a talent pipeline, and prepare core backup personnel.
- Continuously improve product yield when products are introduced to the FATP line.
- Consolidate issues arising during NPI pilot production and mass production, improve quality, and standardize operating methods.
- Improve NPI pilot-production efficiency and the first-pass yield.
