Security Manager

Job description

• Manage overall security and guarding operations at the factory to protect people, assets, and production activities.
• Develop security plans, procedures, regulations, and protection measures appropriate to factory operations.
• Organize, assign, supervise, and evaluate internal security personnel or contracted security-service teams.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, goods, and assets.
• Organize patrols and control critical areas to promptly identify security threats.
• Manage CCTV, access-control, alarm, and other related security systems.
• Receive, conduct preliminary investigations, and handle incidents such as theft, asset loss, disturbances, unauthorized access, or rule violations.
• Coordinate with departments to investigate incidents, preserve information, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate security, fire-safety, and evacuation drills.
• Coordinate with EHS, Administration, Human Resources, and relevant teams to maintain factory safety and order.
• Manage security-service providers and monitor service quality, staffing, discipline, and contract performance.
• Organize training on security operations, internal rules, incident handling, and confidentiality awareness for security personnel.
• Liaise with police, local authorities, and relevant government agencies when security incidents arise.
• Consolidate, analyze, and periodically report security conditions, incidents, risks, and improvement results.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in security management, guarding operations, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent Chinese for workplace use.
• Experience managing security personnel or security-service providers.
• Knowledge of access control, patrol operations, CCTV monitoring, asset protection, and security-incident handling.
• Ability to develop security procedures, protection plans, and emergency response plans.
• Strong management, work-organization, situational-response, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and work with government authorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, and professional ethics.
• Stable employment history.
