Warehouse Management Specialist

Job description

• Manage the full warehouse operation process, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, outbound shipment, and inventory counting; ensure consistency between records and physical stock while maintaining high operational efficiency.
• Manage the team and warehouse floor; arrange work shifts, evaluate KPI performance, implement 5S and safety regulations, and control warehouse costs.
• Optimize processes and continuously improve accurate and timely shipment rates; resolve shortages, damage, discrepancies, and related issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance; use SAP/WMS systems and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• More than three years of warehouse-related work experience.
• At least two years of warehouse management or team management experience.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory counting, and storage location management processes.
• Proficiency in SAP/WMS warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for data processing.
• Fundamental knowledge of inventory control and process optimization.
• Experience leading teams and managing warehouse floor operations.
• Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills.
• Highly responsible, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Good health and ability to adapt to the pace of on-site warehouse work.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience managing a warehouse for the Dell project is preferred.
