Job description

• Manage product trial builds: based on project trial requirements, organize pre-trial reviews at each stage, sample trial-build processes and trial summary meetings to ensure trial tasks are completed according to plan.
• Manage projects: define the new product introduction process based on project requirements, manage project schedule, resources, risks and changes, and ensure projects enter mass production according to plan.
• Control manufacturing costs: follow up on ECR information and related data to meet customer and project requirements.
• Assess product manufacturability and process design: organize discussions with RD and process personnel covering product/tooling/equipment DFM, process parameters, and evaluation of new technologies and equipment to meet actual product introduction requirements.
• Respond to manufacturing-side customer requirements: organize the manufacturing team to prepare in advance for customer requirements at each project introduction stage, including line readiness, process DOE, line Qualify reports and trial-production status, and conduct overall planning to achieve customer targets and improve customer satisfaction with the manufacturing team.
• Manage cross-functional activities: independently lead project meetings and customer meetings, coordinate project teams and resources, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project project management software is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English language skills.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
