Operations Project Management (OPM)

Job description

• Act as the customer-interface representative for the operations team and post-mass-production operations team, communicating overall project status with customers.
• Build and maintain the operations team and manage planning, performance evaluation, budget, and cost control.
• Participate in reviews of RFI responses for new projects, framework contracts, SOWs, and development agreements.
• Communicate operating rules for new projects and produce a supply chain management matrix based on those rules.
• Organize new-project capacity planning reviews and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate pre-mass-production projects with the project team and lead new-product operations activities.
• Lead delivery-related activities during the new-product ramp stage, coordinating and aligning cross-functional resources to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow up and implement major customer requirement changes and significant post-mass-production operational matters, and manage changes after mass production.
• Coordinate resources to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 3 years of order management experience in the electronics industry.
• Fundamental knowledge of foreign trade, order follow-up, and finance.
• Proficient in ERP system operations, customer systems, OC R&R, and operations data management.
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
