Java Developer

Job description

• Develop, optimize and provide daily technical support for the company's manufacturing-related information systems.
• Participate in developing and improving functions for QAD (ERP), OA, QMS and AI systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis, solution design and functional development based on the needs of production and business departments.
• Develop system interfaces, enable data exchange and integrate business processes across systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and other relevant departments to resolve issues arising during system use.
• Perform system testing, deployment, version updates, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Continuously optimize system functions and performance to improve digital and information-based management at the manufacturing site.
• Create and maintain system design, development, testing and operating documentation.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java system development and capable of performing requirements analysis, functional development and issue resolution.
• Experience developing manufacturing production management systems.
• Familiarity with or experience in the development, implementation or integration of one or more of the following: QAD (ERP), OA, QMS and AI systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing production management processes and ability to translate business requirements into system functions.
• Ability to develop system interfaces, integrate data, perform testing and deployment, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong requirements comprehension, problem analysis and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to adapt to working in Vietnam.
