Job description
- Participate in developing and cascading the department's annual policy objectives and ensure their implementation.
- Monitor production progress to ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
- Control and manage production costs.
- Continuously improve production quality and participate in handling customer complaints.
- Guide, coordinate, supervise, inspect and evaluate departmental employees, continuously improving their work skills and awareness of quality, safety and environmental protection.
- Manage 6S at the production site and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in month-end inventory counts and control and reduce work-in-process inventory and material losses.
- Manage departmental production safety and conduct safety communication and awareness activities for all employees.
- Build the team, develop a talent pipeline and prepare core backup personnel.
- Continuously improve product yield on the FATP line.
- Consolidate issues during NPI trial production and mass production, drive quality improvements, and standardize operating methods.
- Improve NPI trial-production efficiency and first-pass yield.
