Production Management

Job description

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans using orders, machine capacity, labor and materials to meet delivery deadlines.
• Allocate work to production teams and monitor procedure compliance, productivity and quality.
• Manage workers and team leaders, provide training and assessments, resolve staffing issues and prepare work and shift schedules.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure conforming output and promptly address production defects.
• Track receipts, issues and stock of materials and semi-finished goods, preventing shortages and excess inventory.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly output, productivity, defects, order status and issues, and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, food or similar), business administration or industrial management.
• 3–7 years of production management or production supervision experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software, Excel, ERP and production management tools.
• Proficient workplace Chinese (HSK5).
• Chinese communication skills.
