Manufacturing Project Manager

Job description

• Participate in new-product design reviews and lead manufacturing feasibility reviews, proposing requirements and solutions.
• Deliver project process documents, cost parameters and reports, including process flows, equipment/fixture and auxiliary-material lists, PFMEA, work instructions and BOMs.
• Develop project processes and evaluate, introduce, request and manage new equipment and materials.
• Research new auxiliary materials before mass production and support new tooling introduction and cost estimation.
• Develop, evaluate, introduce and deploy new technology/process platforms and drive the process-technology roadmap.
• Analyze and resolve external customer quality abnormalities.

Requirements

• College diploma or above.
• Expertise in injection molding, post-processing and stamping processes, cost accounting, process quotation logic and industry standards.
• Ability to identify technical, quality, capacity and cost risks in advance.
• Ability to capture lessons learned, update typical-issue checklists and the knowledge base, and close technical knowledge gaps within the role's scope.
• Chinese communication skills.
