Operations Project Management (OPM)

Job description

• Act as the customer interface for operations and post-mass-production support, communicate project status and coordinate responses to customer feedback.
• Build and develop operations teams, establish work plans and performance standards, manage budgets/costs and organize training.
• Participate in new-project RFI responses, framework-contract, SOW and development-agreement reviews.
• Organize new-project capacity-planning reviews and coordinate resources to achieve capacity plans.
• Lead new-product operations handover into mass production and coordinate cross-functional ramp delivery.
• Track major customer requirement changes and operations issues after mass-production introduction and improve processes, productivity and quality.

Requirements

• College diploma or above and at least 3 years of electronics operations-project management experience; large-project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, customer systems, OC R&R (operations cost and risk assessment) and operations data management.
• Proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing for international customer communication, cross-cultural collaboration and international work.
• Chinese and English communication skills.
