Operations Project Management (OPM)

Job description

• Plan and execute operations projects, setting objectives, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Manage each project stage, ensure timely task completion and resolve implementation problems.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and teams to achieve project results.
• Develop and optimize project processes to improve operating efficiency.
• Track progress and report status, key issues and solutions to supervisors.
• Identify project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Analyze operations data to improve strategies and decisions.
• Conduct project reviews and share lessons to continuously improve project-management methods and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; science or engineering background preferred.
• Experience managing operations projects in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of project planning, production readiness, cost tracking and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate customers, production, quality and supply-chain teams.
• Good reporting and data-analysis skills.
• Good Chinese and English.
