Manufacturing Project Management Specialist

Job description

• Organize pre-trial reviews, sample builds and trial summaries to meet project schedules.
• Define NPI processes and manage project schedules, resources, risks and changes to achieve mass-production introduction on time.
• Track ECR and related data for manufacturing cost control and customer/project needs.
• Coordinate R&D and process teams on product, tooling and equipment DFM, process parameters and new-technology/equipment assessments.
• Plan manufacturing readiness, including line preparation, process DOE, line qualification reports and pilot production, to meet customer requirements.
• Independently lead project and customer meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams and resources and deliver project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years in manufacturing project management, NPI or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project or project-management tools is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English for communication, reading/writing and work tasks.
• Strong schedule management, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving and customer communication.
