Production Manager - Stamping

Responsible for production management in the Stamping Department, including implementation of management policies and objectives, KPI reviews, production planning and daily operations management, while controlling progress, manpower, quality, productivity, safety, and shop-floor abnormalities to ensure stable production operations.

Job description

  • Implement and drive the production department's management policies, guidelines, and objectives.
  • Organize internal department meetings and track and evaluate production KPI performance.
  • Plan, assign, and manage daily departmental work.
  • Monitor production plans and progress, and coordinate resources to achieve output and delivery targets.
  • Plan and allocate manpower according to production needs and monitor employee and line performance.
  • Supervise stamping shop-floor operations and promptly handle or coordinate abnormalities affecting schedule, quality, or productivity.
  • Monitor production indicators such as output, efficiency, yield, and abnormalities, and drive improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Equipment, and other relevant teams to resolve production issues.
  • Drive compliance with operating standards, production discipline, 5S/6S, and shop-floor management requirements.
  • Manage production safety within the department and identify and drive resolution of shop-floor risks.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate departmental employees to improve job skills and execution capability.
  • Consolidate and report production status, key issues, and improvement action progress to management.

Requirements

  • Technical/vocational school, college, or bachelor's degree.
  • Chinese language capability required.
  • No specific major required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional and work experience.

Dự án Nhà máy FMMV Foxconn Quảng Ninh có diện tích khoảng 4,1 ha, tổng vốn đầu tư khoảng 46 triệu USD.

Nhà máy được đầu tư nhằm sản xuất và gia công linh kiện, khuôn mẫu linh kiện của các sản phẩm công nghệ thông tin và sản phẩm truyền thông.

FMMV nằm trong cụm đầu tư mới của Foxconn tại KCN Sông Khoai, cùng với dự án FECV/FEVC, thể hiện định hướng mở rộng hệ thống sản xuất của Foxconn tại Quảng Ninh.
