MES Engineer

Job description

• Develop and manage MES automation-control functions and test systems, and coordinate BU digital systems and information security.
• Develop new-project test solutions and participate in test standards and equipment introduction assessments.
• Assess BU test technology at project stages and coach the test-engineering team.
• Guide product-yield improvement across stages and propose practical solutions.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Support MES deployment, monitor operations, troubleshoot incidents and train shop-floor users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with MES development and proficiency in languages such as C#/Java; related development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing workflows, process control, traceability and production-data integration.
• Strong execution, organization, planning, supervision, communication and teamwork.
• Chinese communication skills.
