Head of Corporate Culture and Internal Communications

Job description

• Develop corporate-culture direction, plans and management systems aligned with group strategy and Vietnam operations.
• Lead Vietnamese–Chinese cultural integration and alignment of awareness and behavior.
• Manage company-wide cultural and employee-engagement programs, budgets, resources, vendors and cross-functional delivery.
• Develop internal communication plans and manage communication of culture, values, brand image and important company information.
• Plan content and channels, evaluate communication effectiveness and improve communication mechanisms.
• Develop and manage visual identity (VI) and ensure consistent application of group standards.
• Manage team planning, assignments, performance and capability development.
• Lead major culture/communications projects, coordinate resources and track KPIs and improvements.

Requirements

• Chinese nationality and willingness to work and develop long term in Vietnam.
• Bachelor's degree or above; communications, corporate culture or related majors preferred.
• At least 5 years in corporate culture, internal communications, HR or training.
• Team-management experience or leadership of company-wide projects/activities.
• Candidates under 35 are preferred.
• Proficient Chinese and Vietnamese listening, speaking, reading and writing for daily work.
