Job description

• Organize and implement the company's accounting activities.
• Support the General Director in supervising and managing all accounting and financial activities on a daily basis.
• Check supporting documents; manage receipts, payments and fund transfers; prepare daily cash and bank balance reports and budget estimates.
• Check supporting documents, manage and monitor outstanding balances, make payments to customers and prepare outstanding balance reports.
• Manage and track machinery and equipment for fixed asset depreciation; manage and track tools and equipment and allocate their costs.
• Check and monitor receipts, issues and balances of raw materials, goods and finished products; participate in inventory counts.
• Control expenses and allocate payroll, insurance, factory, machinery, tools and related costs to calculate product costs.
• Prepare quarterly tax reports, tax finalizations, and monthly and annual financial statements; coordinate with auditors and prepare tax refund applications.
• Complete monthly accounting books and carefully maintain and retain accounting documents and records.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks and other relevant organizations and maintain working relationships.
• Calculate personal income tax for Vietnamese staff.
• Support and coordinate with employees and other departments within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field; possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or in an equivalent management position.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and work management skills.
• Proficiency in office applications and accounting software.
• Ability to review and evaluate work performance and employees' capabilities.
• Honest, careful, meticulous and persistent when working with numerical data.
