Packaging Process Engineer

Job description

• Participate in packaging development and design validation for new products, conduct packaging feasibility reviews, and propose feasible requirements.
• Organize packaging-related reviews at each stage of new product introduction, manage progress, and prepare packaging-stage samples during the introduction process.
• Prepare and release packaging-related content for manufacturing process plans, PFMEA, product stage summary reports, and other relevant documents.
• Improve first-pass yield at the packaging stage, analyze defective products, support new products/models, and continuously improve efficiency to ensure normal production.
• Make decisions on packaging process adjustments, recommend packaging line layout changes, and validate new equipment and new materials.
• Conduct trial production and validation of new packaging materials and carry out the initial development of auxiliary packaging materials and supplies.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of packaging design changes after mass production.

Requirements

• College degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related major.
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging process development for earphones or headsets; requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, UG, CAD, and related technical drawing software.
• Chinese language capability is required; the input data does not specify a proficiency level.
