Job description
- Oversee all local HR functions; develop and implement workforce plans based on regional business needs, covering recruitment and staffing, compensation and performance, employee training, corporate culture, employee care, and incentives.
- Implement the local compensation and performance system; handle local payroll calculation and attendance management; establish performance appraisal mechanisms and organize implementation, review, and improvement follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication with all employees, understand employee sentiment and career development needs in real time, properly handle employee communication matters, build harmonious and stable employee relations, and foster a positive team environment.
- Coordinate with China headquarters HR; submit HR reports and personnel data on time, communicate local employment policies and personnel changes, and implement headquarters HR policies in line with local regulations.
- Oversee local general administration; establish local administrative management systems and streamline asset and logistics processes to ensure orderly daily office operations.
- Manage licenses, local qualifications, and expatriate-related matters, including local business license changes and annual reviews; prepare and process employee visa, residence, and local work permit materials; liaise with local property management, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Manage daily logistics support, including office premises management and maintenance, office supplies procurement and cost control, and dormitory management.
