Production Management

Job description

• Responsible for production management and KPI management for FATP mass-production projects.
• Organize and monitor production plans, coordinating manpower and line resources to ensure schedule and output targets are achieved.
• Track production indicators such as output, efficiency, yield, and plan attainment, and drive improvements when targets are not met.
• Manage final assembly, testing, and packing activities within the FATP process to ensure compliance with production procedures and requirements.
• Monitor and handle production abnormalities, coordinating with quality, engineering, equipment, and related functions to drive issue resolution.
• Drive productivity improvement, line balancing, manpower allocation, and production process optimization.
• Manage the production team, assign work, monitor performance, and ensure discipline, safety, and operating standards within the responsible area.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production management position.
• Experience in mass-production management; FATP production experience is preferred.
• Able to use Chinese in the workplace.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to comply with relevant Vietnam assignment policies as required by the client.
